It's been a week without dissent, so I'll go enable upvote-only ratings, then update the article template on the Resources page. I'll be adding modules to my own articles over the next day or two, other people can get to theirs whenever.
EDIT: Apparently Wikidot has the option to make ratings anonymous, which I found out just now. I set them to be anonymous by default, since that just seems like the low-drama option and we don't really have to worry about malicious voting. If you want votes to be de-anonymized, post about it.
